Charge for Hire

General Hire Rate: £25 per hour

Weekly Block Bookings of 6 weeks: £20 per hour

Evening Hire from 17:00 – 23:30: £200 plus a £100 damage deposit

Weddings: £500 plus a £100 damage deposit (Bookings from 1pm the day before until 1pm the following day (48 hours)

Damage deposit refunded once the hall has been checked.

Bar Hire

For added convenience, the village hall offers two bars available to hire at £25 per bar for your event. If you are planning to sell alcohol, you must ensure the correct licensing is in place.

Glatton Village Hall has partnered with Peachs Event Hire (www.peacheventshire.co.uk) to support any additional catering and event equipment needs. Peachs Event Hire offer a wide range of high‑quality items, including tables, chairs, crockery, glassware, cutlery, linens, catering equipment and stylish décor, making them an ideal choice for weddings, parties, meetings and community events held at the hall.
